Personalised Learning Plans

Personalised Learning Plans (PLP) are developed in collaboration with parents, carers and other important people in the young person's life.

The purpose of a PLP is to set goals for the student that the class teacher can work on throughout the year. PLP goals are created at the beginning of Term 1 and reviewed at the beginning of Term 3.

The school has introduced the Goal Attainment Scale (GAS) as a way to measure the student's achievement of their goals over a 6 month period.

Bookings for PLP meetings are through the Sentral Parent Portal. PLPs are an important part of the young person's learning program and every student at our school has a PLP.
