Stage 5

Stage 5 (Years 9 and 10) at Anson Street School consists of 4 classes. All classes are located on the main site.

In 2026, the team of stage 5 teachers are Mrs Julianne Hargraves, Mrs Emily Callaway, Mr Tim Buckley, Mrs Selina Sutherland and Mr Matt Parker all who have excellent skills, experience and commitment in their respective roles. Support staff are Bec Mathews, Vicki Hill, Bree Smith, Lynne Webster and EJ Snowden.

The classes in Stage 5 are programmed collaboratively to offer individualised learning experiences across Life Skills and mainstream syllabus outcomes in all subjects. Electives are offered based around Stage 5 Design and Technology and in Semester One included Information and Communication Technology, Material Design and Food Technology, all once again delivered in a format designed to cater for individual needs and learning styles.

Students in Year 10 will be able to participate in work experience.
