Stage 5

Stage 5 (Years 9 and 10) at Anson Street School consists of 3 classes ( 19, 20, and 21 ). All classes are located on the Campus site.

In 2025, the team of stage 5 teachers are Mrs Julianne Hargraves, Mrs Mel Said, Mr David Gell, Mr Hugh Rasmussen and Ms Jo Lyons all who have excellent skills, experience and commitment in their respective roles. Support staff are Oscar Savage, Vicki Hill and EJ Snowden.

The classes in Stage 5 are programmed collaboratively to offer individualised learning experiences across Life Skills and mainstream syllabus outcomes in all subjects. Electives are offered based around Stage 5 Design and Technology and in Semester One included Information and Communication Technology, Material Design and Food Technology, all once again delivered in a format designed to cater for individual needs and learning styles.

Students in Year 10 will be able to participate in work experience.
